Don’t panic. But do not start emailing your processor randomly. The next 24 hours determine if you get your funds released or if you end up on the TMF (Match List).

Stop Processing Immediately.
Do not try to switch to a backup Stripe/PayPal account. They will detect the volume spike and ban you too, compounding the problem.

Download Your Data.
Log into your gateway and export your customer list and transaction history (CSV) immediately before you lose access.

Diagnose the Trigger.
Was it a chargeback spike? A prohibited SKU? We can help you analyze the shutdown letter to determine if the account is salvageable.
